Job Summary
Design and develop new user interfaces while crafting website design strategies focused on user experience. Contribute to UI/UX meetings by providing expertise and initial mockup sketches, and help maintain a style guide defining colors, fonts, and design patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business using design standards and best practices. This full-time role in Durres and remote positions a designer with five years of experience to solve problems creatively within an Agile/Scrum process.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Web Design experience demonstrable
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media & Arts program
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Be comfortable doing web design while using HTML and CSS
- Be an expert with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Have strong working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, and KnockoutJS or AngularJS
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Excellent communication skills - you have a way with words & can connect easily with others
- Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative
- English C2
- Italian B2
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is an advantage
