Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of web design projects, leading creative direction, managing project timelines, and collaborating with developers to ensure user experience and brand consistency. Provide web design and development services, including complex coding, analytics, and user education. Develop custom websites and applications requiring advanced programming capabilities in multiple languages such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and accessibility standards while delivering tailored products to meet organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Graphic Design, Computer Information Systems, Web Design
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in web design and development
- Five (5) or more years of professional web development/coding experience
- Extensive experience in web design including responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced technical skills in responsive design
- Wireframing and visual design capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices for web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other web development programs
- Knowledge of operating systems such as UNIX, Windows NT, TCP/IP
