Job Summary
Web Analyst at Electrolux/Frigidaire.com responsible for shaping performance and optimization of Frigidaire.com and Electrolux.com. Translates complex web and customer behavior data into actionable insights to drive conversion, revenue, and user experience improvements. Collaborates with marketing, e-commerce, and IT to ensure accurate tracking, develops forecasting models, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership. Key duties include monitoring website performance KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion) using GA4, building dashboards (Looker Studio), evaluating traffic sources, informing business strategy with regional data, ensuring data integrity across tracking platforms, and developing forecasts with actionable insights for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics, e-commerce, or digital marketing analytics
- Proficiency with GA4 and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, digital marketing channels, and conversion optimization principles
