Job Summary

Monitor Ping Identity services for health, availability, and performance while providing L2/L3 operational support for enterprise Web Access Management and Identity & Access Management platforms. Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues involving Single Sign-On, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect to resolve login failures, federation problems, and token validation errors. Diagnose certificate expiration, reverse proxy issues, and session errors by analyzing authentication logs, browser developer tools, and HTTP headers. Support IAM applications hosted on AWS infrastructure, collaborate with application and cloud teams, and perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues. Create and maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, production releases, and on-call rotations. Prepare weekly operational dashboards and client reports.
