Job Summary
Receive coaching and mentoring to understand organizational projects, then complete internal tasks to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present project outcomes to Senior Leadership and provide feedback at internship conclusion. Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards in all situations to ensure compliance while learning systems and processes. This summer 2027 role offers hands-on experience in Research & Development, Repair & Maintenance, or Manufacturing at our Houston locations for currently enrolled students.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, proactive, and curious
- Flexible and adaptable with a leadership attitude
- Enjoy building relationships
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance
