Job Summary
Conduct internal projects to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes while applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders, receiving coaching and mentoring to understand organizational systems and processes. Present project outcomes to the Senior Leadership team and provide feedback at the internship's conclusion. This summer 2027 opportunity is available for currently enrolled students in Houston locations across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Human Resources, requiring no sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, proactive, and curious
- Flexible and adaptable with a leadership attitude
- Enjoy building relationships
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, and walking
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required during site visits
