Job Summary
Oversee shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods while ensuring orders are accurately filled and quality checks are performed on incoming products. Maintain proper stock levels, conduct routine inventory counts, and manage warehouse equipment files to ensure maximum profitability and site safety. Execute operational metrics under standard operating procedures, facilitate data intelligence for decision-making, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations. Drive continuous improvement and motivate employee engagement through collaborative relationships with other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus
- Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods
- Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouses to ensure maximum profitability
- Maintains files on all equipment
- Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment
- Ensure sites are adequately and routinely stocked
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner
- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
