Key responsibilities include governance & management of funded initiatives, maintaining operating routines and governance forums, tracking spend against allocations, and delivering clear portfolio analysis and decision-ready materials. Qualifications emphasize 15+ years in capital planning/investment governance within financial services, strong senior-stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to lead centralized governance in complex, matrixed global organizations. Education preferred includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
