Job Summary
Wealth Technology Book of Work Program Lead leads centralized governance and management of Citi Wealth Technology Book of Work, owning the annual capital planning process, prioritization frameworks, funding decisions, and resource trade-offs. The role drives discipline and transparency across the investment lifecycle from planning through execution and reporting, partners with Wealth Leadership, Technology, and Finance to align strategy with investment plans, and serves as the primary advisor on capital allocation, governance, and portfolio performance. The successful candidate synthesize complex priorities, build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, and ensure disciplined investment governance across a global organization. Key responsibilities include governance & management of funded initiatives, maintaining operating routines and governance forums, tracking spend against allocations, and delivering clear portfolio analysis and decision-ready materials. Qualifications emphasize 15+ years in capital planning/investment governance within financial services, strong senior-stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to lead centralized governance in complex, matrixed global organizations. Education preferred includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in capital planning, investment governance, portfolio management, or COO/finance functions within wealth management, banking, or financial services
- Experience in technology Book of Work management, capital allocation, or investment governance with wealth management experience preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to advise senior leadership on capital allocation and governance
