Job Summary

Provides in-office client and advisor support to a team of Wealth Advisors managing a portfolio of high net-worth clients. Works closely with assigned advisors to handle a high-volume intake of requests, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, and front-office liaison. Responsibilities include workload management, triaging and delegating client and advisor operational requests to a centralized service team, supporting scheduling and follow-up, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, understanding offerings and referral pathways, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring timely fulfillment of requests. The role requires ability to operate within the risk framework, support relationship management, assist with onboarding and client servicing, and occasionally attend client events or meetings. Travel may be required; strong collaboration with multiple departments and the ability to support multiple advisors in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of banking experience
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Responsive to coaching and able to learn independently
  • Flexible; adaptable to change
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
