Job Summary
Lead a Wealth Strategies team within Affinity, directing coaching, sales leadership, and strategic oversight to grow the wealth portfolio, ensure strong compliance and administrative support, and deliver a superior member experience. Responsibilities include growing wallet share, overseeing mutual funds compliance and administration teams, collaborating with regional peers, and driving member-centric sales outcomes. Requires post-secondary education, 5 years of related experience, and a CFP or PFP (or equivalent) designation with mutual funds coursework; strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities to manage performance and develop staff. In-person role based in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Financial Planning Designation (CFP or PFP) or equivalent
- completion of a mutual funds course with maintenance of registration eligibility
- Industry leading sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets, making referrals, and building a pipeline using a member centric approach
- Ability to lead, engage, and coach employees, set clear expectations, review progress, provide feedback and guidance, and hold people accountable to achieve member centric sales outcomes
