Job Summary
The Wealth Services Sales Support & Service Specialist provides administrative support to one or more Financial Consultants, including scheduling client appointments, processing transactions on client accounts, preparing financial reports, and coaching/mentoring licensed and non-licensed bankers. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving customer account issues, preparing internal financial reports, coordinating calendars and meetings, creating newsletters and presentation materials, maintaining knowledge of products, services and technology, and collaborating with branch teams to support sales initiatives and client service. Requires independent thinking, professional communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support FCs in managing their book of business and coordinating client service activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education level: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum 1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position
