Job Summary

Identify, research, and resolve customer account issues while supporting Financial Consultants to execute the "Work the Book" strategy. Schedule client appointments from the book and retail opportunities, manage calendars, and prepare internal financial reports to track team progress. Create newsletters and presentations to educate retail branch teams on product offerings and sales initiatives. Communicate directly with clients regarding service inquiries and provide detailed information on customer accounts. Train and support licensed and non-licensed bankers on investment systems and referrals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, departmental systems, and related technology.

Required Qualifications

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
  • 1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction
  • Positive attitude with exceptional operational skills
  • Service oriented and be able to work well with branch employees and bank customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to include phone skills
  • Communication with clients to include setting appointments, providing detailed information on customer accounts, as well as, service issues
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success communicating with various levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality using tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent skill levels with Microsoft Office including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights
  • Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results
  • Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience
