Job Summary

Provide expert client-facing consulting and analytical support focusing on banking products and services. Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex client issues, develop strategic plans, log and track client issues, create ad-hoc reports and dashboards, participate in product introduction and change management, and coach junior staff. Demonstrates working knowledge of product strengths, upgrades, cross-sell opportunities, and cost-reduction opportunities while delivering timely, accurate client information and solutions aligned with business objectives. Actively engages internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment, supports risk management and regulatory compliance, and communicates tailored messaging to clients as part of ongoing account reviews and performance discussions. The role emphasizes independent handling of non-routine situations, data analysis, and driving improvements in processes and systems to support client success within the BMO ecosystem.

Required Qualifications
