Wealth Sales & Service Consultant - Sports & Entertainment

Job Summary

Serve as the primary intake point for all requests from assigned clients and advisors, resolving internal and external issues within established authority limits. Manage workload by directing requests through back-office channels, coordinating with specialists, and providing guidance on onboarding and mentorship. Proactively support banking, lending, and Trust products for a portfolio of 250+ high-net-worth clients by entering records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance during account openings and maintenance. Respond to client information requests, identify at-risk relationships, and assist in sales processes through document review and presentation material creation. Act as the local operations leader for your team, participating in workstreams to drive process improvements and potentially supervising support specialists. Maintain expertise in sports and entertainment industry trends to deepen client relationships and attend relevant events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more years of banking experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail
  • Flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced team environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, demonstrating exemplary customer service and professional etiquette
  • Exemplary oral, written, customer service and professional etiquette skills
  • Ability to coach and train teammates within a matrix environment with indirect managerial responsibilities
  • Expert understanding of Banking, Lending, Investment Management and Trust solutions, and Treasury and Payment solutions
  • Language Fluency: English (Required)
  • Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Seven or more years of experience supporting complex Wealth Management, Sports & Entertainment, or specialty client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on behalf of Managing Directors and clients, resolving banking, service, and operational issues with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to partner across Wealth, Banking, Operations, Credit, Treasury Services, and other business lines to meet unique client needs and deliver solutions efficiently
  • Experience supporting SEG Corporate portfolios, including leading deposit onboarding, treasury implementation, and liquidity management structures
  • Knowledge of investment products, wealth management services, treasury solutions, credit products, and deposit offerings
  • Previous relationship management, leadership, coaching, or teammate training experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and applicable insurance licenses, preferred
