Job Summary
Lead coaching and training of financial planning professionals to enhance wealth management product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Deliver personalized coaching sessions (virtual or in-person), develop coaching plans and training programs aligned to Conquest, CapIntel usage, portfolio analysis, and sales processes. Build and maintain relationships with branch managers to increase member engagement and referrals, facilitate onboarding of new planners, and use CRM dynamics to monitor performance and drive improvement. Facilitate in-person and remote coaching for groups and individuals, identify training needs, and deliver internal courses on topics such as wealth planning, investment products, sales techniques, and compliance. Requires strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership, the Wealth distribution channel, and cross-functional partners; proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making. Hybrid role based out of the Toronto area with travel across Ontario to support leadership and teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of direct investment sales experience, preferably in a branch retail / planning or wealth management environment.
