Collaboration with external and internal wholesalers, investor services, and operations is required to ensure a seamless advisor experience; responsibilities also encompass preparing materials (pitchbooks, product summaries), assisting with meeting follow-ups, and supporting home-office engagement and event coordination. The role includes administrative tasks to manage day-to-day logistics, maintain pipelines, and ensure consistent advisor coverage across multiple wholesalers.
