Job Summary
Wealth Relationship Manager role focusing on deepening relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients through financial planning, discovery, profiling, and holistic solutions. Responsible for identifying client needs, offering a broad suite of products and tools, coordinating with product specialists, and delivering high-touch, face-to-face engagements at the client’s preferred location. Scopes include sourcing new clients, expanding wallet share, leveraging referrals, organizing client events, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence (KYC/AML), and collaborating with branch teams to provide positive in-branch experiences. Requires leadership, coaching of new recruits, and the ability to influence decisions across projects of significant size and geography. Key skills include advanced financial acumen, strong communication, risk assessment, and proficiency with planning software (Money Guide Pro, NaviPlan or equivalently) as well as MS Office applications. Responsibilities also cover cross-segment collaboration with Lending, Financial Advisory, Small Business Partners, and other specialists to meet client goals and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to details
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select or similar financial planning software
- Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies
- Must be a self-starter, problem solver and a goal-oriented team player
- US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, 65 OR Series 7 and 66 or equivalent
- Mortgage loan originator registration and compliance requirements (NMLS)
- Insurance Group 1 requirements
- KYC/AML and regulatory compliance
