Job Summary
Developing professional role focused on executing complex non-financial regulatory reporting, including preparation and submission of reports for multiple jurisdictions and products, post-submission validation, and data reconciliation. Serves as escalation point for junior analysts, contributes to control framework enhancements, and drives process improvements and documentation. Supports governance forums, collaborates with Risk, Compliance, and Technology partners, and drafts responses for regulatory engagement under senior guidance. Requires experience with regulatory reporting processes, data automation tools (e.g., Xceptor, Alteryx), and strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Office and project tools; BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a regulatory reporting space
- Solid experience in transactional regulatory reporting and a deep understanding of operational processes
- Proficiency in developing business requirements
- Hands-on experience with data automation and analytics tools like Xceptor or Alteryx is a significant plus
- Understanding of prompt development for AI tools
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Adequate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data automation and transformation tools such as Xceptor and Alteryx is highly desirable
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
