Job Summary
Execute non-financial regulatory reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. Resolve reporting issues, reconcile positions, and drive standardization through control frameworks, pre-submission/post-submission validations, and risk mitigation. Lead post-submission validations, present key metrics to senior leadership, and champion process automation while mentoring junior team members. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business partners to align reporting practices with evolving regulations and identify process gaps. Anticipate future regulatory details by communicating directly with stakeholders and stay informed on industry trends. Manage end-to-end implementation of new regulations, support governance activities, and ensure all Citi policies are implemented to avoid future risks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations
- Proven experience working with business stakeholders
- Understanding of regulations and operational processes
- Good understanding of Investments and Capital Market products
- Understanding of trade execution and settlement processes
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
- Critical thinking and drawing logic conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Experience in process improvement or automation
- Knowledge of control frameworks and risk management principles
