Job Summary
Seasoned Wealth Protection Planning Attorney to draft wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, review client materials, oversee paralegals and staff, engage with the local community, and drive process improvements while delivering exceptional client service. Role emphasizes estate planning and elder law, with remote flexibility and optional travel to PA offices. Responsibilities include client consultations, ensuring plans align with client goals, leading a team to maintain file accuracy, representing the firm in community activities, and ongoing review meetings to adapt estate plans to evolving client needs. Must possess a Juris Doctorate with PA licensure, at least 2 years in Estate Planning or Elder Law, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in Estate Planning or Elder Law focused firm environment
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a current license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current license to practice law in PA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Ability to oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Remote work flexibility
