Job Summary
Wealth Platform Support Analyst role focusing on the operational support of Core Wealth platforms in Glasgow. Responsibilities include Level 2 technical support, incident/request/change management with suppliers and internal teams, prioritising issues, configuration support, releases/upgrades, and problem resolution with business users. Requires experience in Wealth Management or similar, familiarity with portfolio management/trading platforms, SQL/REST API/JIRA/Confluence, and a delivery-focused, collaborative approach. Hybrid working model available in Glasgow.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in Wealth Management or similar with an understanding of Portfolio management suites and trading platforms
- Previous experience in an Application Support role or similar
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Previous experience / awareness of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence
- Analytical thinking and detail orientation
- Delivery focused, able to multi-task and team player
