Job Summary
Wealth Platform Support Analyst in Liverpool, UK, providing Level 2 technical support for core Wealth Management platforms. You will work with suppliers and internal development teams on incident, request, and change management, prioritize issues by impact and urgency, manage a queue of incidents and requests, and support application configuration, releases, and upgrades. You’ll perform problem analysis with business users and third-party providers, and participate in testing and release management. Ideal candidates have prior wealth management or portfolio-management system experience, familiarity with SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and a delivery-focused, multi-tasking mindset. Hybrid working model offered.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Wealth Management or similar
- Experience in an Application Support role or similar
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Experience / awareness of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Delivery focus and team player
- Ability to manage incidents and change processes
- Experience with testing and release management
