Job Summary

Support Financial Advisors and planning partners with paraplanning responsibilities including preparing client materials, gathering information, and organizing data for financial plan construction. Assist with data input, reconciliation, and analysis in MoneyGuidePro while preparing retirement, education, estate, and goals-based planning scenarios. Handle post-meeting follow-up by documenting notes, tracking action items, and coordinating with internal teams to advance planning workflows. Deliver accurate, timely work with a focus on client service and follow-through in a developmental role designed to build technical planning knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in business, finance, economics, personal financial planning, or a similarly relevant field
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 63/65, or willingness to obtain required licenses within six months of hire
  • Interest in pursuing an accredited wealth planning designation, with CFP® preferred
  • Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, and client service
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Professional demeanor and strong service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple technology platforms

Desired Qualifications

  • Internship or professional experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investments, client service, or a related field
  • Exposure to financial planning concepts, tools, or coursework
  • Experience using MoneyGuidePro or similar financial planning software
  • Progress toward CFP® coursework or another planning-related credential
  • Strong comfort working with data, client information, and planning deliverables
