Job Summary
Customize standard contracts, obtain custodian forms, and coordinate account openings and cash transfers for new clients. Process wires, electronic checks, and trading tasks while maintaining CRM data and financial planning software inputs. Assist the Wealth Advisor in building comprehensive financial plans, conducting independent research, and developing client recommendations. Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and resolve client inquiries via phone to ensure an outstanding client experience. Requires Series 65 credential, 3-5 years financial planning experience, and proficiency in e-Money and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Series 65 (to be obtained within three months of hire date)
- 3-5 years financial planning, estate planning and/or tax planning/ preparation experience
- Ability to talk to clients independently
- Ability to train and mentor Client Service Associates
- Ability to develop wealth planning and investment recommendations and present to clients when applicable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Tenacious about doing what is right for the client
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing or has attained a CFP®
- Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce a strong plus
