Job Summary
Wealth Operations Tax Analyst responsible for executing and overseeing tax operations processes with emphasis on technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Acts as a key resource for tax reporting and vendor-delivered tax work, supports Account Officers with tax-related matters, and drives process standardization, documentation (SOPs and control narratives), and improvements across tax operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in tax operations, accounting, or financial services
- Strong hands-on experience with tax reporting and compliance requirements
- Experience reviewing or validating tax preparation work (internal or external) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational systems
- Experience with process documentation and standardization initiatives
