Job Summary
Leads and manages wealth-management staff in Southern California, directing client relationships with individuals, business owners and families; works with families and their advisors to deliver services, provides sales leadership and manages the sales process for an assigned team; collaborates with Commercial, Business and Private Banking teams to expand brand recognition and opportunities in the Southern California market; ensures adherence to risk and regulatory standards and maintains internal controls; represents the bank in civic/community activities and drives business development in wealth management for affluent clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 11 years related wealth management, investment, trust or estate planning experience
- minimum of 4 years’ managerial experience
