Job Summary
Head of the U.S. Institutional Investment Solutions unit will provide strategic leadership for the US IIS team, set vision, mentor professionals, and drive growth by executing sales strategies, overseeing pipeline management, and expanding regional presence through partnerships with advisors. The role focuses on delivering customized, tax-aware multi-asset investment solutions for Family Office clients, aligning with JP Morgan Wealth Management capabilities, and serving as primary portfolio manager for multi-asset solutions for the largest, sophisticated Family Office clients in the US. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, building and implementing tax-aware investment strategies, advising on holistic asset allocation, governance and investment policy, overseeing execution across investment vehicles, delivering investment insights through roundtables and client events, and collaborating with US Private Bank Advisors to extend IIS capabilities and deliver differentiated value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of investment experience
- leadership experience in institutional or ultra-high-net-worth client segments
- deep expertise in multi-asset portfolio management
- strong communication and relationship management skills
- ability to lead a team and act as senior advisor to sophisticated clients
- comfort representing the firm at industry events and leading client discussions
