Job Summary
Oversee administration of trusts and estates as part of JPMorgan's Global Trusts & Estates Practice. Analyze trust documents for legal, tax, and investment issues; coordinate delivery of services; advise on discretionary powers; supervise investment decisions to ensure alignment with fiduciary guidelines. Maintain knowledge of fiduciary law, gifting techniques, taxation (income, transfer, and generation skipping), and account administration. Collaborate with tax officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues; address beneficiary and co-trustee inquiries; foster relationships with beneficiaries and outside advisors; partner with Wealth Advisors on vetting and pricing new trust business; cross-sell JPMorgan products/services and support professional advisor networks. Emphasizes training and personal development through fiduciary materials, seminars, and proficiency training. Educational/administrative duties include training Trust Administrative Officers and Professionals and performance management feedback.
