Job Summary
Establish Tier 3 advisor relationships, connect advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement teams, and support the Growth Team in delivering value-added programs and communications to all advisor levels. Drive engagement with Tier 3 advisors and back-office staff, follow growth plans for Tier 2 & 1 advisors, remove blockers, and promote adoption and milestone achievement. Build trust and improve satisfaction/retention of end clients, collaborate on asset delivery on Cetera platforms within defined timeframes, curate value-focused webinars for Tier 2 & 3 advisors, and provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants and the Regional Growth Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- SIE License
- Series 7 License
- Minimum 5 years of service/relationship and/or sales experience
