Job Summary
Trust Administrator Associate within Global Trusts & Estates Practice responsible for assisting with opening estate/trust accounts, interpreting governing instruments for proper set-up, communicating with beneficiaries and co-trustees, and day-to-day administration, while coordinating with Tax Officers, trust counsel, and external advisors to ensure fiduciary duties and superior client service. Focus on maintaining beneficiary information, supporting estate and trust administration, and developing client relationships alongside Wealth Advisors and Bankers to grow the trust and estate business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant years of experience in the trust and estates industry
- Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates including general understanding of fiduciary products and concepts, including legal, tax and investments knowledge
- Client Servicing – client knowledge, client relationships, proactive communication
- Teamwork/Personal Effectiveness – clear and concise communication, time management, adaptability to delegate, coaching and training
