Job Summary
Wealth Management Solutions team seeks an Associate Product Manager to support the Donor Advised Fund (DAF) product offering. Focus on shaping strategy, designing and integrating new DAF product launches and features, with emphasis on digitalizing product workflow tools and elevating the client/advisor experience. Responsibilities include supporting cross-functional teams on operating models and value propositions for trading, investment, and digital experiences; collaborating with digital product teams to enhance investment workflow tools; assisting in agile project management from strategy through implementation with attention to investment execution, asset servicing, and regulatory compliance; researching market trends to expand product capabilities; preparing use cases, product requirements, and UX wireframes; coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk; contributing to executive performance updates; supporting go-to-market strategies and rollout; managing interdependencies across initiatives for successful product launches; and identifying opportunities to improve digital workflow tools. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in financial services, direct trading/investment experience preferred, CFA/CFP/CMT a plus, data analytics and strong communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for digital innovation in financial services and philanthropy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting with exposure to wealth management, capital markets, or investment support
- Direct experience in trading, investment management, or related financial services roles preferred
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CMT are advantageous
- Proficiency in data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and problem solving
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience in project planning and product management is a plus
