Job Summary
Vice President, Product Development within Wealth Management Solutions leads the design, launch, and management of fee-based advisory products across multiple distribution channels, including SMA, Mutual Funds, and ETFs. Collaborates with investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations, and technology to optimize offerings and client experience. Responsible for consolidating products for revenue growth, providing subject matter expertise across the organization, and leading launches with stakeholders across multiple functions. Must demonstrate an 8+ year track record in financial services, with experience in multi-asset class solutions and derivatives, strong communication skills, team orientation, analytical and data-driven problem-solving, and a self-starter mindset. An advanced degree is preferred, with CFA, CAIA, CFP, or similar accreditations encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial services with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking, or consulting
- Experience with investment products and asset classes including multi-asset class solutions and specialized assets like structured products and derivatives
- Proven track record in designing and launching investment products or channels
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to senior stakeholders
- Team-oriented with ability to influence across functional areas and seniority levels
- Analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proactive communicator with a self-starter mentality
- Advanced degree preferred alongside industry certifications/accreditations (CFA, CAIA, CFP, etc.)
