Job Summary
New client-facing PLP Borrower Specialist for JPMorgan Private Bank: primary contact to introduce the Private Loan Program, send and collect onboarding materials (including KYC due diligence), and collaborate with internal teams to complete onboarding. Manage the existing PLP loan portfolio with duties in sales and credit management, including covenant and annual review deadlines, capital calls & distributions, and handling client inquiries. Provide relationship-management support to Private Bankers and Integrated Team Members, assist with research and reporting tasks, identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services, and coordinate with Lending Advisor and other teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated ability for sales and client relationship management
- Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
- Aptitude to take initiative and be proactive to help provide leverage for the team; confidence executing projects with limited supervision
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
