Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product life cycle for lending within Wealth Management. Develops product strategy and vision, manages discovery and backlog to support the roadmap, and guides successful product launches. Drives agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), oversees product testing & release management, and mentors a team of product analysts. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, acts as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, and uses design thinking and data analytics to validate assumptions, de-risk investments, improve processes, and elevate client experiences. Requires graduate/post-graduate with 5-10 years in Banking/Financial Services, including at least 3 years in a similar product-owner/leadership role; strong capabilities in defining strategy, lifecycle management, prioritization, market knowledge, and continuous improvement.
