Job Summary
Develops and maintains a network of client relationships that serve as a recurring source of mortgage lending opportunities from Bank of America Merrill Financial Advisors; negotiates lending terms, prepares deal justification and related documentation, advises on lending policies/guidelines, and ensures regulatory compliance including SAFE Act requirements; collaborates with clients through final loan approval/closing as needed; maintains knowledge of lending programs and regulatory requirements; strong emphasis on relationship-building, prospecting, and client service to drive lending opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in a loan origination role with significant experience working with ultra-high net worth and affluent client base
