Job Summary
Insurance Coordinator – Vice President role within J.P. Morgan Asia Private Bank. Manage day-to-day insurance referral activities and governance, partner with client advisors and enabling functions to ensure operational compliance, support end-to-end referral processes, manage engagement models and broker relationships, oversee risk/governance framework, coordinate communications and trainings, handle premium financing onboarding, and drive related wealth planning projects in a highly collaborative, client-focused private banking setting in Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore). Strong knowledge of life insurance products, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Insurance at a Private bank, Life Insurance Broker, or Insurance Company in Asia
- Strong product knowledge in Insurance product offerings
- Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
