Job Summary
Head of US Mortgage Product responsible for comprehensive product management of US mortgage and HELOC offerings for the US Private Bank. Oversees end-to-end platforms and products from client-facing applications to POS and LOS, collaborates with global stakeholders to align strategy, drive AI-native innovation, and scale origination while preserving personalized advisory support. Leads a ~25-person product team, guides lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with Mortgage Specialists, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to deliver enhanced mortgage solutions and client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end mortgage product management
- deep subject matter expertise in mortgage products
- experience leading a product team (approx. 25 members)
- strong communication and presentation skills
- experience with enterprise-wide release and deployment processes
- ability to collaborate across global teams (Bankers, Mortgage Specialists, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance)
- understanding of regulatory requirements in mortgage products
- focus on client/user experience and ongoing product improvements
- ability to train and support internal teams in mortgage product promotion and support
