Wealth Management, Deposit & Treasury Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Lead growth of WMIS deposits and provide treasury and banking solutions to High/Ultra High Net Worth clients by partnering with Private Bankers, Investors, Advisors, and ITMs. Drive penetration of banking products, proactively offer treasury cash management solutions, and conduct business reviews to improve client experience through automation and fraud protection. Present pricing analyses and cost/benefit proposals, and manage rate and pricing exceptions within delegated authority to meet or exceed sales goals. Must leverage deep knowledge of Treasury Service Products to deliver customized client solutions and collaborate with teams to support client inquiries and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of cash management sales and relationship management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service Products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top contributor
- Undergraduate Degree
- Series 7 and 63 preferred, but will be required within 12 months of date of hire
