Job Summary
Wealth Management Consultant at Accenture Consulting focuses on transforming wealth-management client operations through design and implementation of business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformations. Responsibilities include managing dynamic technology consulting projects with heavy client engagement, synthesizing technology needs across solutions, documenting process/data flows, and staying informed on regulations, technology, and innovations in the financial services space. You will consult with clients to develop high-performance solutions to advance their industry position in investment banking, support business development and client proposals, and contribute to practice development through market research, thought leadership, and knowledge management. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently; CPA/MBA is a plus. The role offers a broad, global consulting environment with competitive compensation varying by location (California ranges $70,350–$205,800, among others) and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the wealth management industry (i.e., back and middle office operations, investment technology, compliance, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous management consulting and business analysis experience a plus
