Job Summary
Wealth Management, ConnectWealth Platform Specialist – Associate responsible for delivering the value proposition of the Unified Managed Account platform, training advisors, and driving adoption of ConnectWealth capabilities across Global Private Bank and US Wealth Management. Responsibilities include training on the UMA Platform, designing advisor resources, delivering scalable trainings, providing insights to optimize advisor experience and productivity, articulating platform capabilities to promote client acquisition and deepen relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to field teams, partnering with Advisors for complex client situations, and driving platform adoption through collaboration with cross-functional partners. Requires experience in financial services, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, agile mindset, and proficiency with MS Office. Location: New York, NY, US. Preference for advanced knowledge of managed investment products and investment advisory business; ability to synthesize information and present findings; ability to influence across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in Managed Accounts, wealth management or investments organizations
- Advanced knowledge of managed investment products and/or investment advisory business preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; self motivated, resilient and goal oriented
- Ability to work under tight timelines, with a track record of meeting deliverables and previously established metrics/performance measures
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders including Advisors, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls partners
- Strong team player with ability to work with teams at all levels
- Ability to quickly build relationships and influence colleagues, incl. technical and functional partners
- Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong issue resolution/and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent analytical skills, communications and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions & present findings
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
