Job Summary
Review approved loan packages and supporting documentation, enter and maintain data within internal systems, and coordinate with documentation partners to ensure accuracy and completeness. Validate completed loan documents, identify deficiencies, and resolve issues to support bankers throughout the document execution process until funding readiness is achieved. This role manages the loan fulfillment process within the Commercial Post Underwriting function, ensuring all loans meet risk management, operational, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, or related field, equivalent professional experience considered
- Two to three or more years of experience in loan documentation, loan operations or related banking functions
- Location expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards

- Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated, fast-paced environment
