Job Summary
Provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, educating clients on the bank’s service and banking offerings while ensuring timely, accurate client materials and following up on requests. Supports operational excellence, protects clients, and helps manage risk; identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by promoting banking offerings within day-to-day practices, and communicates outputs to the FA. Supports day-to-day team activities and covers roles during absences or seasonal needs with a client-first mindset. Requires strong client-centric mindset, adaptability to new information and technology, and professional communication. Bilingual Spanish skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce, and a minimum high school education are noted as part of qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
