Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate providing dedicated client-service support to Financial Advisors, serving as the primary client contact to address service needs, educate clients on banking and advisory offerings, ensure timeliness and accuracy of client materials, support risk and policy alignment, and deepen client relationships by highlighting the bank’s services and tailoring solutions to each FA’s client base. Responsibilities include facilitating enterprise objectives, ensuring operational excellence, covering team needs during absences or peak periods, and delivering a client-first experience in a fast-paced wealth-management environment. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to work in-office with an emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
