Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate at Merrill/Large Bank of America family. Provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all client service needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on all bank services and offerings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client materials, following up on client and FA requests, ensuring adherence to bank policies to support operational excellence and manage risk, identifying and deepening client relationships by promoting banking offerings, communicating outputs to the FA, supporting day-to-day team activities (including coverage during absences or seasonal needs), and maintaining a client-first mindset. Required qualifications emphasize enthusiasm, self-motivation, client-centric mindset, adaptability to new information/tech platforms. Desired qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu), investment product knowledge, client-facing experience, comfort in fast-paced environments, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Education required is a High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. The role may require onsite work in accordance with workplace policy; internal employees working from home are eligible to apply. Shift: 1st shift; Hours: 37.5 per week. Pay range: $25.00 - $44.00 hourly; discretionary incentive eligible; benefits available.
