Job Summary

Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, educating clients on bank services and ensuring timely, accurate client materials. Roles include supporting operational excellence, risk management, and client advocacy within the FA's business, deepening client relationships through promotion of banking offerings and integrated solutions. The role covers day-to-day team activities, including coverage during absences or seasonal increases, with a client-first mindset. Key skills include client service, relationship management, coordination across advisory teams, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce; familiarity with FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66) is desired. The position requires strong communication, discretion handling sensitive information, and the ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities in a collaborative, in-office culture with some flexibility.
