Job Summary

Wealth Management Client Associate provides excellent client service to the bank's clients, educating them on the bank's service and banking offerings. Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials; follows up on client and Financial Advisor requests. Supports ensuring practices align with bank policies to support operational excellence and manage risk. Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by promoting banking and investment offerings and integrating banking into day-to-day practices, while communicating outputs to the Financial Advisor. Supports day-to-day team activities and coverage during absences or seasonal needs, leading with a client-first mindset. Requires strong client-focused skills, adaptability to new information and technology platforms, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Desired qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66), and experience delivering an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment.
