Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on bank service and offerings, ensuring timely and accurate client materials, aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, deepening client relationships by promoting banking offerings, and covering team needs during absences while maintaining a client-first mindset. The role requires strong client engagement, adaptability to new information and technology, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. In-office culture with role-specific flexibility; minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; prior client-service experience and FINRA licensing are preferred.
