Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, acting as the primary in-office contact to address client needs and ensure timely, accurate materials. Responsibilities include educating clients on bank services, aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, deepening client relationships by promoting banking solutions within day-to-day activities, and covering team needs during times of absence or seasonal increases, all with a client-first mindset. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration with advisory teams, and utilization of tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce to manage client interactions and advisory pipelines. Preferred qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses, experience delivering complex client solutions, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is valued, with an emphasis on integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred
- Series 7 and/or Series 66 preferred (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66)
- Strong client service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
