Job Summary
Provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors in Merrill Wealth Management, serving as a frequent point of contact to address client needs, educate clients on bank services and investment offerings, ensure accuracy and timeliness of client materials, align practices with bank policies to manage risk, deepen client relationships, and support day-to-day team activities while maintaining a client-first mindset. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability to technology platforms, and a client-focused approach; preferred qualifications include FINRA SIE and Series 7/66 knowledge and experience with investment products, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
