Job Summary
Provides client service support to Merrill Wealth Management advisors, serving as the primary point of contact to address client requests and service needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on bank offerings and investment services, ensuring timely and accurate client materials, adhering to bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, identifying and deepening client relationships by integrating banking solutions into daily practices, and supporting day-to-day team activities including coverage during absences or peak periods. Requires a client-centric mindset, strong work ethic, adaptability to new information and technology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Preferred qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 credentials, investment product knowledge, and demonstrated experience delivering excellent client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Demonstrates a client-centric mindset
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
